Crab & Potato Salad

About the Recipe


1/2 cups Mini Potatoes

1 1/2 tsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 Lemon (medium, juiced)

2 tbsps Parsley (chopped)

1 tbsp Capers (drained)

Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

8 ozs Fresh Lump Crab Meat, Cooked


  1. Add the potatoes to a large pot with enough water to cover them. Bring the pot to a boil and cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain and let them cool before cutting them in half.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, parsley, capers, salt, and pepper. Add in the crab meat and halved potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Adjust the seasoning and lemon juice to your taste. Divide between serving bowls and enjoy!
