About the Recipe
Enjoy this hydrating mocktail during the summer heat.
Ingredients
1 cup Ginger (fresh, sliced)
6 cups Water
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup Raw Honey
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
12 Ice Cubes
1 cup Sparkling Water (or to taste)
2 tbsps Mint Leaves (or to taste)
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, bring the sliced ginger and water to a boil. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
In a large jar or lidded glass container, combine the salt, honey, lemon juice, and vinegar.
Strain out the ginger and add the liquid to the glass container. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Pour the ginger mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water.
Stir, top with mint (optional) and enjoy!
