Refreshing Gut Soother

Ingredients
2 cups Grapefruit Juice
1 cup Water
2 tsps Ginger (freshly grated)
2 tsps Raw Honey
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a sealable jar and top with a lid. Shake well to combine, then transfer to the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
