Need a quick and nutritious breakfast? This is ready in minutes and will keep you going all morning!
Ingredients
1 cup Cow's Milk, Whole
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Quick Oats
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Frozen Cherries
1 Banana (small, chopped)
2 tbsps Walnuts (chopped)
1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Preparation
In small saucepan over low heat, combine the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. When tiny bubbles begin to form, add the oats and cook for one to two minutes, stirring often.
Cover and remove from the heat. Let it sit for two to three minutes.
Add the cooked oats to a bowl and stir in the cherries and cinnamon. Top with sliced banana, walnuts, and yogurt. Enjoy!
