Savory Gut healthy AIP stir-fry

Ingredients
10 ozs Chicken Sausage
1 Yellow Onion (small, diced)
1 Garlic (clove, minced)
4 cups Broccoli (chopped into small florets)
4 cups Purple Cabbage (finely sliced)
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Oregano
Preparation
Remove casings from the sausage (if they have casings) and discard. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage meat, onion, and garlic. Saute for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add the broccoli, cabbage and seasoning. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are wilted and the sausage is cooked through. Divide onto plates and enjoy!
