Ingredients
2 cups Brussels Sprouts (halved)
1/2 Yellow Onion (roughly chopped)
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Sea Salt (to taste)
1/16 oz Avocado Oil Spray
8 ozs Pork, Chicken or Turkey Sausage (sliced into rounds)
Preparation
Preheat the air fryer to 390ºF (200ºC).
In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts and onion with Italian seasoning and salt. Spray with oil.
Transfer the veggies and sausage to the air fryer in an even layer (working in batches if needed). Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pork is cooked through and the veggies are browned.
Divide evenly between plates and enjoy!
